Stop Letting Emotions Influence Your Decisions

When jumping into the real estate market be sure to keep your "emotions" in check. We have seen so many transactions in the past 24 months be fueled by FOMO (fear of missing out). We have also noticed buyers/sellers being pushed into transactions by high energy agents feeding off of their clients "emotions". Remember, salespeople can target their clients emotional and/or logical frame of mind. In a real estate transaction, when dealing with one of the largest financial decisions you will make be sure to focus on: data, facts & relevant information.

Over the last 24 years of being in business... I've had to make a lot of decisions. 

Many times these decisions are extremely hard to make because of how I've personally felt about the situation.

You have to learn how to remove your emotions from the decision-making process.

I can't tell you how many people I've seen sink their entire business and life for this exact reason.

When you allow your personal feelings to distort the reality of the situation...

You can never make an educated or well-informed decision.

Push your feelings aside…

Evaluate the facts...

…and extract the truth.

If you do that, the best answer will always be clear.
